Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

1. The service

Inboxless is a Chrome extension that finds one-time codes and verification links in the Gmail accounts you connect, and can copy and fill them into websites. These terms apply when you install or use it.

2. Your accounts

Only connect email accounts you own or are authorised to use. You’re responsible for the websites you use Inboxless on and for checking a code before submitting it, especially when Inboxless tells you the sender doesn’t match the site.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Inboxless to access accounts that aren’t yours, to get around security measures, or in breach of the terms of the websites you use it on. Don’t copy, modify or reverse engineer Inboxless except as the law allows.

4. Privacy

How Inboxless handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short, your email is processed only in your browser and never sent to us.

5. Early access

Inboxless is currently offered free of charge as an early-access product. Features may change. If paid plans are introduced, we’ll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

6. No warranty

Inboxless is provided “as is”. We work hard to find the right code, but we can’t guarantee that every code is detected, detected correctly, or filled into every website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Inboxless is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by codes that weren’t found, were found late, or were filled incorrectly.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Inboxless at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering it or update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
